The "Beit Shlomo Me'a Shearim" Synagogue, founded 150 years ago by the Agr"a students who immigrated to Israel. it was the milestone and pivotal point for all the great Israelis rabbis in the time of the first immigration to the Holy Land. It is one of the oldest and rare synagogues in Tel Aviv. And since then the synagogue has survived all these years and has been active for almost 150 years.

The rabbi of the Synagogue is Rabbi Avraham Brook, who got the blessing of the great Rabbanim, among them the Rabbi of the Torah, Rabbi Haim Kanievsky Shlita. Rabbi Brook holds the community close to Hashem for some 30 years with tremendous devotion.

The synagogue holds banquet on Saturdays and holidays for the worshipers of the community and their families despite the many duties imposed upon it, all to strengthen and bring Jews closer to Hashem.

The condition of the synagogue is bad and requires extensive renovation, properly to this holy place.

There are memorial plaques in the synagogue of former community friends who passed away, and in memory of the six million Jews who were murdered in the Fourteenth Holocaust. And because of the neglect in past years, a large part of the tablets crumbled and fell.

In the past there was a "mikveh'' near the synagogue, which was closed by the municipal decision. And many attempts to close the synagogue.

By order of Rabbi Kanievsky, Rabbi Elyashiv, and Rabbi Ovadia Yosef Zatzo"kl, rabbi Brook fought with all his might in the decision of the municipality and the court and spent a big amount of money for the synagogue and mikveh.

Now, after many years of repeated attempts to try to restore and bring glory back, this unique project is underway. A lot of time and planning thought has been invested in an architectural, authentic, and unique design that this rare structure needs, with the thought of the smallest details and all to return to the glamor and elevate the house of Hashem properly. We appeal to you to take part in this great Mitzva and to be partners in this holy building and to join in such a blessed and unique initiative.

בית הכנסת "בית שלמה מאה שערים" שהוקם לפני כ 150 שנה ע"י תלמידי הגר"א כשעלו לארץ ישראל. היוה אבן דרך וציר מרכזי לכל גדולי ישראל בזמני העליות הראשונות לארץ הקודש הינו אחד מבתי הכנסת הותיקים והנדירים בתל אביב. ומאז ועד היום בית הכנסת הצליח לשרוד כל השנים הללו והוא פעיל קרוב ל 150 שנה

רב בית הכנסת שלוחא דרבנן הרב אברהם ברוק שליט"א שמלווה בברכת גדולי ישראל שיחיו' וזצוק"ל, ובינהם מרן שר התורה הגר"ח קנייבסקי שליט"א, מחזיק את הקהילה בקירוב יהודים לאביהם שבשמיים כ 30 שנה מתוך מסירות נפש עצומה.

בית הכנסת מקיים סעודות בשבתות וחגים למען מתפללי הקהילה ומשפחותיהם למרות החובות הרבים שמוטלים בזה, והכל כדי לחזק ולקרב יהודים לאביהם שבשמיים.

מצבו של בית הכנסת לא טוב ומצריך שיפוץ נרחב, כראוי למקום קדוש זה.

בבית הכנסת ישנם לוחות זיכרון עשויים שיש, של מתפללי בית הכנסת בעבר שהלכו לעולמם, ולזכר ששת מליון היהודים שנרצחו בשואה הי"ד. ומרוב ההזנחה והשנים שעברו, חלק גדול מהלוחות התפורר ונפל.

בעבר היה מקווה טהרה בסמוך לבית הכנסת, שנסגר בהחלטת העירייה. וכן נסיונות רבים לסגור את בית הכנסת.

בהוראת מרן הגר"ח קנייבסקי שליט"א, הגרי"ש אלישיב והרב עובדיה יוסף זצוק"ל, הרב נלחם בכל כוחו בהחלטת העירייה ובית המשפט והוציא מכיסו ומממונו הון רב למען קיום בית הכנסת והמקווה.

כעת לאחר שנים רבות של ניסיונות חוזרות ונשנות לנסות ולהחזיר עטרה ליושנה הגיעו מים עד נפש. בשעה טובה ומצלחת הפרויקט המיוחד במינו הזה יוצא לדרך. זמן ומחשבות תכנון רבות שהושקעו הובילו לעיצוב אדריכלי, אותנטי ומיוחד שהמבנה הנדיר מצריך, עם ירידה לפרטים הקטנים ביותר וכל זה במטרה לחזור לימי הזוהר ולרומם את בית השם כראוי לו. ואנו פונים אליכם בואו לקחת חלק במצוה גדולה זו, להיות שותפים בבניין בית מקדש מעט זה והצטרפו ליוזמה מבורכת ומיוחדת במינה שכזו.
