“I was in high school when my parents were killed in a car crash, because the other driver was texting. My siblings and I have really struggled to move on without our Mom & Dad.
Now that I’m engaged, I feel their absence more than ever - I go alone to run all of the regular kallah errands. Everything comes out of my pocket from what I’ve saved up from my job. And ultimately, I’ll walk to my chuppah without them. Every bit of help that donors can give me, and others like me, who are alone during this hugely important time, is a tremendous mitzvah. Thank you.”- Rachel*, 22
“All those who donate 430 NIS $120 for the 43 orphans getting married in the month of Av, will merit, in the merit of their charity, to see much nachas from all their descendants with outstanding success in the coming school year.”
Rav Don Segal shlita
Rav Elimelech Biderman shlita
Funds go not only toward the orphans’ weddings, but also toward establishing their home after marriage. Our goal is to raise a total of one thousand dollars for each couple. For $1000, each couple can purchase essentials such as a wedding dress, second hand furniture, and more.
This is an amazing cause. There are only 24 hours left to give now to join the gedolim, marry off these special young people, and receive Rav Segal and Rav Biderman’s blessing for nachas, and success in the coming school year - Amen!
