A glimpse into the Hong Kong Shul. Take a look:
For the past 26 years, Kehilat Zion / Hechal Ezra Synagogue of Kowloon, Hong Kong has provided a valuable service to Jewish travelers from all over the world, including New York, Panama, Europe, Israel, and the community in Hong Kong. It offers a lovely synagogue for daily, Shabbat and holiday prayers, glatt kosher meals, as well as Torah classes and religious guidance by our special Rabbi Meoded. Even during this precarious year, the Rabbi bravely forged ahead and never left Hong Kong; he stayed planted there with his family to ensure that all services will be available to fulfill the needs of the travelers once the doors open again, very soon, b’ezrat Hashem. Many members have commented that they want and need to hop on a plane and get back overseas to carry out their sourcing and business dealings.
Throughout the years, we have warmly embraced each and every one of our valued guests - now we need your generous embrace in return. Whether or not you are a traveler, we need your help and support to save the synagogue, a home away from home.
Please join our campaign and help us through this Final Hurdle until traffic begins again soon.
