We’re excited to announce that Cheder Sheini is about to close on a new building this Thursday, which will soon become our community’s shul and a hub for various events, projects, and programs, G-d willing. As an integral part of the Lubavitch Kingston community, Cheder Sheini caters to the entire community through its farbrengens, women's events, and mivtzaim initiatives throughout the year.

As we move beyond the Nine Days, our focus naturally shifts to the hope for the rebuilding of the Beis Hamikdash. Tzedakah plays a crucial role in countering the challenges of this galus, as the pasuk says, “ציון במשפט תפדה ושבי’ בצדקה.” This is especially relevant now, with the situation in Eretz Yisrael reminding us of the Rebbe’s guidance to support shuls through tzedakah during these times.

We are launching a 48-hour fundraising campaign starting this Wednesday, August 14, 10 Av, with a goal of raising $120,000.
